With a real estate career spanning over two decades, my experience and enduring dedication to the islands are now put towards enriching Hawai‘i Life’s mission. My collaboration with Hawai‘i Life CEO, Matt Beall, traces back to 2002, when we joined forces to work together at Koa Properties on Kaua‘i, where I was Principal Broker. In the following years, I continued to advance my career, serving as Principal Broker for Pure Kauai, Kauai Exclusive, and Broker-in-Charge for Compass on Kaua‘i—ultimately leading me back to my current role at Hawai‘i Life.
As a Managing Broker at Hawai‘i Life, I am dedicated to guiding over 300 agents across the islands, aiding in their success and progress. I am working closely with Hawai‘i Life’s executive team to ensure that agents statewide are well-supported, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance their performance and professional development. Based at Hawai‘i Life’s Kaua‘i headquarters, I lead agent onboarding, foster business development, contribute to team growth, and ensure operational excellence.
Along the way, I have pursued my passion for renewable energy projects, co-founding Pacific Light & Power in 2007 and consulting with multiple renewable energy start-ups in both Hawai‘i and Latin America.
I have my B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University, am an alumnus of the Hawai‘i Agricultural Leadership Program, a member of the Kaua‘i Economic Development Board, and the incoming President for the Kaua‘i Board of Realtors. I also currently serve as President of Namolokama O’Hanalei Canoe Club and as a Director for Kaua‘i’s Community Radio station, KKCR.
