Lydia Pedro

I was born in Texas to a military family and my upbringing was is California. I later relocated to Hawaii for my education at Hawaii Pacific University which has shaped my diverse perspective.

My professional journey led me to Maui where I managed commercial real estate and established a presence on the iconic Front Street in Lahaina, Maui. I handled both commercial real estate and retail operational management of 100+ employees. As Vice President of this firm, I managed real estate on Maui, the Big Island and Kauai. This experience has given me a true perspective of all the islands and their unique characteristics and differences.

Over my 30+ years in the real estate industry, I’ve worked with clients worldwide showcasing the islands of Maui, Oahu and the Big Island. Clients have repeatedly chosen my services for second and third homes. They often recommend me to their colleagues and friends. What sets me apart is my commitment to honesty and attention to detail. Having worked as an auditor I enjoy diving into numbers and examining details of the transactions.

As a member of the Board of Directors for Hawaii Life Community Foundation and Vertical Sports, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. I actively contribute to various non-profits and am dedicated to build a better community.

My love for the Hawaiian Islands goes beyond its beauty. I embrace the unique offerings of the islands and embody the Aloha spirit in everything I do. In my leisure time, you’ll find me indulging in the simple pleasures of life. I love watching the amazing sunsets from my backyard, enjoying good snorkeling and diving into the ocean daily.

I relish the beachfront experience. My family and friends hold a special place in my heart, and I cherish special moments spent with them. I also have a passion for traveling, shopping and expanding my knowledge by exploring new places and cultures around the world.
