Julianna’s adventurous spirit led her to Hawai‘i’s sunny, warm shores from her hometown in Michigan in 1981. Following nine years of invaluable experience in hotel auditing – and drawing heavily on her family’s influence in construction, real estate, and mortgage banking – Julianna naturally made the transition to real estate sales in 1990.
As an assistant in a Honolulu-based firm, she learned the intricate details of closing a property transaction. She quickly gained a reputation for being meticulous and hard-working by handling a large volume of transactions for practiced agents, and she accumulated considerable experience in a wide array of issues common to Hawai‘i’s real estate market. With this requisite background and knowledge, Julianna became an independent agent in 1992.
As both a home buyer and seller, Julianna developed an early appreciation and sense of fairness for all parties involved, as well as a broad understanding of the unique O‘ahu real estate marketplace. Over the years, Julianna has successfully completed several personal home renovation projects, which helped her to develop a deep understanding of difficult, yet common, design and construction issues. This knowledge has proved an invaluable asset to the prospective homeowners she has served over the years.
Today, Julianna’s wealth of hands-on experience, knowledge of property values, and deep commitment to the industry enables her to accurately assess the market’s stability and to stay true to her ultimate goal – that of helping her clients to make sound decisions in a competitive housing market. As a Broker-in-Charge for many years, she has gained the respect and admiration of her colleagues.
Julianna and her family are now settled in Hawai‘i Kai. Due to her familiarity with the area, she is an excellent choice for representation in East Honolulu, with particular emphasis on Hawai‘i Kai and it's one-of-a-kind Koko Marina neighborhood. Julianna creates value for her clients through determination, persistence, and a tireless attention to detail throughout the entire process of buying or selling a home.
