Ilima at Kehalani is Towne Island Homes’ next undertaking into single-family homes. The proposed subdivision will have a total of 49 single-family homes and will be located adjacent to Towne’s duplex neighborhood of Kamani at Kehalani.
Floor Plans
Although floor plans have not been decided, it’s said that they will range in size from 1,390 to 1,998 sqft. Both single and two-story homes will be offered with a possibility of up to eight different floor plans. This will be sure to give Ilima at Kehalani a varied feel.

Towne Island Homes is reviewing past floor plans to see which models will be best suited to each specific building site. Many future home buyers are hoping for repeats from Akolea at Kehalani and The Parkways at Maui Lani, time will tell. At this time, it’s said that the homes will all be 3 bed/2bath.

Estimated Timeline
Speaking of time, construction has been delayed due to the very wet weather we’ve had over February and March 2018. This has pushed the single-family home releases to Fall of 2018.
Grading appears to be raised
