GUIDELINES FOR RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT AGREEMENTS

The Developer is now accepting Reservation and Deposit Agreements.

This Reservation and Deposit Agreement:

Is not a sales contract for the purchase of a unit;
Indicates your interest in receiving a Priority Reservation Number in the proposed residential condominium project, Kua`aina Mauka, but does not guarantee you a unit;
Does not legally obligate you to purchase a unit in the proposed condominium project;
Does not legally obligate Developer to sell you a unit in the proposed condominium project;
Can be cancelled at any time by either you or Developer;
Requires a $5000.00 Refundable Deposit.
The Reservation and Deposit Agreements will be based upon a Priority Reservation No. and will be determined by the order completed packets, along with a $5000 refundable check, made payable to Fidelity National Title are received.

In order for you to be eligible for participation, the following items must be completed and delivered to Hawaii Life, 161 Wailea Ike Place, C103B, Wailea. Please call us to set up an appointment at 808-868-1584 so we can meet with you.

1. Complete a Reservation and Deposit Agreement (completed, signed and dated).

2. A pre-qualification by Seller’s preferred lender, First Hawaiian Bank. Kua`aina Mauka has partnered with First Hawaiian Bank as the lender of choice in order to expedite the loan and assignment process. Other lenders can also be used – but there may be an administrative fee at time you write a contract.

3. If purchasing with cash, verification of cash funds.

4. Completed packets: filled out Reservation and Deposit Agreement, a $5000 refundable deposit made payable to Fidelity National Title, and pre-qualification letter from First Hawaiian Bank or verification of cash funds should be completed and delivered to Hawaii Life, 161 Wailea Ike Place #C103B, Wailea. Please call us to set up an appointment at 808-868-1584 so we can meet with you. Upon receiving your packet, you will be assigned a Priority Reservation number.

Incomplete packets will not be accepted.

Seller reserves the right and anticipates giving priority to buyers with construction to permanent loans and/or cash buyers.
