Coco Scherer

Courtney “Coco” was raised on Oahu, surrounded by a tropical lifestyle that fostered her love for nature, and Hawaiian culture. After graduating from Moanalua High School she embarked on a global journey pursuing a career as an international model and actress. Courtney has lived in major cities and multiple countries around the world. She gained experience in networking, marketing, and sales. She also has appeared in national commercials, publications, and movies.
Following a successful career in the entertainment industry, Courtney leveraged her skills to become an entrepreneur. She now owns two businesses centered on her passion for sustainability. She owns an eco-friendly clothing line, “Cocosirens,” and a Big Island food truck, “Katsu & Papaya,” that serves locally caught fish to the community. Beyond real estate, Courtney can be found deep sea fishing, cooking for family and friends, enjoying sunshine on the beach or playing 18 holes of golf.

After years of traveling and living abroad, Courtney became very passionate about the Big Island. From its unique landscapes, diverse microclimates and its peaceful energy, the Big Island holds a special place in her heart. She now lives her dream lifestyle in a pristine Big Island rainforest. She is not only dedicated to help people find their dream homes but to show them the amazing lifestyle the Big Island has to offer.
