Remarkable Wehilani Subdivision estate
This week’s WKRP is a 3 bed/2.5 bath sprawling estate in Wehilani Subdivision (MLS# 244875) priced at $1,345,000. With approximately 3,650 square feet of living space, over 1,000 square feet of over-sized garage space, a huge covered lanai with expansive coastline views, this home provides the potential buyer with a sense of grandeur that is not commonly found in Kona.
The soaring 17 foot ceilings in the formal dining room, living room, and master bedroom combined with the fact that all the rooms in this home are huge, create an unparalleled sense of space. The towering ceilings give light to the celestial windows to create an extraordinarily open, light, and bright living space.
Gigantic light and bright kitchen
I don’t remember seeing a kitchen this huge, either. A highlight includes a pass-through to the expansive lanai—ideal for entertaining. Overall, it was just plain impressive to explore the entire home. This includes the huge library with built-in mahogany bookcases, bay window, and media facilities.
Tremendous coastline view from the expansive lanai
The beautifully landscaped 1.26 acres even boasts a small 9 hole golf course—a golfers dream! The cool breezes and towering mature palm trees make this tropical retreat even more special. Located at a cool elevation, the coastline down to Kailua Bay is viewed from the massive lanai.
Isn’t it time for you to enjoy all the splendor that you deserve?

Just looked at this blog and I totally agree that this house is the deal of the week. Great location, house and view. And I found that there were so many houses on Caravan that were over-priced in my opinion that this house really did stand out.

@Linda – ditto on so many others being overpriced last week. This one is a lot of home for the price. Plus the added benefit of your very own golf course!
