Kula Neighborhoods – Where to Buy the Perfect Kula Home on Maui

Kula offers some amazing sunset and Haleakala Crater views, but is also known for its perfect climate and gardening. With a perfect mix of volcanic soil and elevation, it’s an ideal place for growing amazing flowers and fresh veggies for your kitchen. Kula offers a variety of homes and ranch homes. Search all Kula active homes for sale.

People in Kula have their preference as to where they like to live, but here are some places to consider:

• Ulupalakua Ranch is known for its rolling hills and fresh Maui wine; it is worth the drive in the morning or afternoon to watch the changing of the guard, as the sky is alive with a transforming array of colors.
• Keokea is a quiet community offering a peaceful life and is out of the flow of traffic.
• Kula 200 is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to schools and shopping.

When I first arrived in Maui (back in the early 70’s) Kula was one of the first places I called home and it was mostly cattle that you had for neighbors. Things have changed a bit, but Kula is still a beautiful place to call home. Kula Home Buying Example

My clients were looking on the market for that perfect home in Kula. I found them this home (below) that was not active on the market in Kula 200 earlier this year.
