The A’ali’i tower, currently under construction on the mauka (mountain) side of the property, is the known for its smart design and minimalist, clean look. There are two-bedroom homes currently offered for $960,000 in this tower. The higher floors at this tower have fantastic ocean views and there is a one bedroom currently available priced at $1,146,000.

The studios priced in the mid $500,000 range in the A’ali’i tower are essentially like owning your own hip hotel room! I heard there is a free yoga class on Thursdays… Besides fine dining like Merriman’s, there is a movie theater and a Whole Foods in the village. You won’t even need a car; just a golf cart…and maybe a boat.
