It’s Makahiki Season in Lahaina and the whales have arrived along with cooler weather. Sometimes the winters get so sold in Puamana, we bust out our white socks to wear with our rubbah slippahs!
On the real estate front, Puamana remains a strong Seller’s Market. We have closed over $41M in real estate sales this year in Puamana with 20 trades! Inventory is at all-time lows with only one available property at this time (click here), prices are rising to meet demand. But instead of writing more about the record-breaking market, I have created a graph to illustrate.
