Welcome home to this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family home in Hoakalei, one of Ewa‘s premier neighborhoods. Beautifully maintained, the home was built in 2014 and looks as new as it did when it was first built. The interior living feels extra spacious with high ceilings and open-concept floor plan.
The master suite is a true master suite. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity and large private space. We can’t forget about the walk-in closet, it may be one of my favorite interior features of the home.
My overall favorite part of the property is its private yard. Perfect for hosting pau hanas and backyard BBQs. Totally enclosed, it’s ready for kids and/or your pets.
Bonus: Not only does this property have a spacious 2-car garage, but there is also an additional parking stall adjacent to the garage. The 3rd parking stall is a true rarity as there is no legal street parking within the community.
Even bigger bonus: Kipuka has its own exclusive resort-like amenities. A large private pool, spa, and playground.

About the Neighborhood
Welcome to one of Oahu’s newer neighborhoods, Kipuka at Hoakalei was established in 2014. Kipuka is the only gated community out of the 4 residential neighborhoods in Hoakalei.
This exclusive club is for Hoakalei residents only. The Wai Kai Lagoon is excellent for kayaking, canoeing, or paddleboarding.
The Kipuka neighborhood fronts Ewa Beach’s private country club. This golf course features a 18-hole 7,400-yard course designed by Ernie Els. The award-winning course was home to the 2022 LPGA LOTTE Championship.
Fun Fact:
According to the Hoakalei website,
“Hoakalei means “reflection of a lei” and comes from a Hawaiian legend about the volcano goddess Pele and her sister Hi’iaka’s journey across the island chain to retrieve Pele’s lover Lohiau. In the story, Hi’iaka crossed the Ewa Plain and came to see a reflection of herself in a spring while adorned with garlands of lehua blossoms (thus the “reflection of a lei” translation). “
