Water Boy Finds Waterfront Property

Nicholas Nutter grew up in Hawaii Kai. He’s a water boy at heart and loves all things associated with the ocean and marina. He knew what he wanted when we began his search for a home. Of course, knowing what you want and finding it are two different things.

Interestingly enough, I can’t take credit for finding him the perfect home. Nick’s dad was out on the marina one day, and he bumped into a friend. A friend who just happened to be prepping his waterfront property for market. One who just happened to be represented by one of Hawaii Life’s own, Dustin Geiger. We arranged for a quick preview, and the rest is history.

Nick is thrilled with his new home located at 6268 Keokea Place. One look and he was sold. Maybe it was the expansive view of the water that pulled him in. Or, perhaps the boat dock. Of course, the deck, outdoor shower, and hot tub may have had something to do with it. Ultimately, Nick just knew this was the right property for him.

Nick got his keys on Friday. He’ll likely be getting a boat soon. In the meantime, I’m sure there will be standup paddling and kayaking in his future. Not to mention lots of fun entertaining family and friends in his new home. Perhaps he’ll even invite me and my co-agent, Kaety Enos Tsukamoto, over?

It really is the perfect property for someone who loves the water lifestyle. It’s got it all — views, dock, decks, hot tub, and most importantly, room for Nick’s dog. Did I mention he has a South African Mastiff? Ironically, Kiwi is his name. Like his master, Kiwi loves his new home.

It was a great transaction working with true professionals who sought to create a win/win outcome for both Seller and Buyer. Speaking of the Seller, he bought a waterfront house right across the marina from Nick. They’ve become fast friends, and I suspect it won’t be long before they are boating together.

Life on the marina is good. Very good. It’s also good to know that I had a part in helping another dream come true!
