Waikoloa condo sales for November were extremely low in number of sales with just one golf course condo the sales for the entire month. This low volume has been happening for the past few months. As the inventory of condos available for sale has gone down, the number of condos sold has also shown a decrease in numbers.

In October there was only one condo sale as well. At some point soon the number of sales should show a healthy increase. This will happen because at this time there are 11 condos in escrow working through the selling process. About half of these are short sales, so it may be several months before they close. However, the rest of the condos in escrow should be closing sometime in the next month or two.
