This 2 bedroom condo (MLS# 242881) is listed at $130,000 and is similar to a recent sale
Waikoloa Village condo sales for October is a very short story as there was only one sale in October. This really highlights a recent trend to a decrease in inventory along with a decrease in number of sales.
Waikoloa Village Condo Activity for October
Here is the one sale for October:
Despite the lack of activity in sales, there was activity in new listings coming onto the market. In October there were 6 new condo listings brought onto the market. However, this number of new listings was offset by an equal number of listings that were withdrawn from the market. There was one condo put into escrow in October, so the net result was a decrease of one for total condos listed for sale.
I’ll be back later this month to look at inventory levels for Waikoloa condos to see if they are still in a seller’s market. I love the Big Island! Aloha.

I always look forward to your Waikoloa market updates Pat to keep myself informed as to your market up north. Given that historically September is the slowest month for sales of all types here on the Big Island, seeing it by the numbers is not shocking at all. Given the current Waikoloa condo inventory and pricing, intelligent Buyers should be taking advantage of today’s opportunity prior to the “high season”.
