This rustic Waiki’i Ranch home sold for $1,200,000 last month.
Just one home sold last month in Waiki’i Ranch. Located across Saddle Road, but still in the Waiki’i area, this home is not in the ranch and does not have to adhere to the ranch’s CCR’s and design rules, but neither does it benefit from the ranch’s water supply. This rustic ranch home sits on 20 acres and is over 4,000 sf of living area between a main home and a guest house. The home has high ceilings with open beams and, like many Waiki’i homes, features a fireplace in the living room. Around the home is an orchard that takes advantage of Waiki’i’s unique high elevation and the possible fruit trees that can only be grown on the Big Island here in Waiki’i.Â
There are currently 7 homes listed for sale in Waiki’i Ranch. If you’d like more information on any of these homes or the many lots, please feel free to contact me.

Good question Beth,
I have three lots that come to mind –
Lot 72 offered at $245,000 is just an incredible value for 10 acres alone but this lot also has house plans and a site map available – if the price is right – and that can be many, many thousands more. So, for all around great value this is THE lot.
Lot 3 is a new listing at $545,000 is a slighly oversized 10 acre lot at 11 acres. This lot is just north of the arena and is a long flag lot to the actual building site, so you may have some challenges on putting in your access to your home. BUT, the selling point on this lot is its one of only three ( I believe that’s the correct number) lots that are exempt from Waiki’i Ranch Design rules – aka Developer lots. So, if you want to put up a home that’s not exactly according to the rules, or you just don’t like the idea of someone telling you what you can and can’t do – then this is the lot for you.
Finally, Lot 115, which I must be up front and say is my listing, is a great lot for the horse person as it is just across the street from the polo field and is all pasture with a slight slope. This lot is listed at $369,000.
But, any lot at Wiki’i is a great lot as they’re all in a little bit of Heaven!
Aloha,
Pat

Hi Ricky,
Thanks for reading my blog, I’m sorry if it wasn’t clear, but I wasn’t the sellling agent for this home. I post monthly blogs and report on the sales in my areas of the Big Island. Thanks for reading my blog and please keep coming back if you’d like to keep up with sales on the Big Island.
Aloha,
Pat
