Welcomed news to many Real Estate agents and, of course, Buyers…Kaneohe will be the site of a new housing development near Windward Mall. Pacific Business News reported that Waikalua Bayside will consist of 20 new homes, of which 6 will be Waterfront.
The development will encompass an onsite boat ramp and pier, and the homes will be approximately between 2,000 to 3,000 square feet. At this time, The Greene Waters Group developers are not saying when the project is slated for completion, or the predicted price point of these homes.
Kaneohe is a location high in demand by Oahu Buyers. Most noted for the ease of getting onto the 3 main Oahu highways and for its lush scenery, Kaneohe’s inventory of homes for sale remains low.
