The unit shows new on market…but it’s actually relisted with a different agency already being on the market since June of 2011. I have written offers on this unit and would be happy to share my knowledge…

This last unit (MLS# 249284) is a beautifully decorated Maile unit that is not a distressed sale and includes the high-end furnishings. It has a western view similar to its neighbor and competitor (#301), but with a price tag of $899,000. This will likely be the last of the Mailes to sell, but hey…if the best is your thing and price doesn’t matter, this is a beautiful unit with little wear and tear at nearly ½ of the original cost to sellers.
