Aloha! As we are all experiencing, our lives are changing daily. We are adapting here on the Big Island. We are still under stay at home orders through April 30th, only going out for grocery store trips and essential business functions. I am the proud owner of several fashionable face masks and a plethora of sanitizer and wipes.

Real Estate Videos
Figuring out new ways to show property when no one is able to fly to the island is challenging. I am creating 3D Virtual tours for my home listings, which can be viewed on our Hawaii Life website. This is becoming a powerful tool as we are having Buyers making offers via online pictures and videos! Today I received, and my Seller accepted an offer on a home that the Buyer viewed via a video from their real estate agent. This afternoon I shot videos of potential homes for a client on Oahu. These videos are a creative work in progress, but I anticipate my skills will improve over time. Many thanks to my clients for their patience as they watch these videos and my apologies in advance for the shaky camera work.
Mortgage Loan Forbearance
With these unforeseen circumstances, some loan servicers are offering a forbearance on your loan payments. The three types of forbearance are:
- Paused Payments Option to be Paid During Existing Mortgage
- Mortgage Payment Reduction Option
- Paused Payment Option to be Paid back at End of Mortgage
