In addition to the resale units for sale at Trump Tower Waikiki, the developer recently released a block of 12 more units. Prices range from $578,000 for a 418 square foot studio to $3,888,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2,050 square foot residence.
These prices push the envelope for a non-oceanfront condos in Honolulu. Oceanfront condos right across the street at the Waikiki Shore can be gotten for less, however, you can’t compare the quality of construction at Trump.
As of today, there are 46 resale condos for sale at Trump Tower Waikiki in addition to the 12 that just came on the market from the developer.
