On Wednesday, East-West Partners welcomed over 60 people to the construction site at the Kukui’ula Club Villas including contractors, real estate agents, and development partners. I was pleased to be included with this group.
Jim, Alex, and Andy hosted a top out lunch to thank the contractors and workers for their hard work building the homes. Hot dogs topped with kalua pork were served. So ono! Great fun to see the construction process as the framing gets completed on these luxury homes.
As I looked around the construction site, I noticed a tree mounted on the trusses with the Hawaii and US flags. As Andy Sutton from East-West led the tour, he explained to the group of us that, “the tree is a Scandinavian tradition giving a nod to the woodland creatures that we displaced from their homes to build ours. Additionally, the flags are an American tradition acknowledging the hard work of our contractors.”
You can see Kukui’ula small boat harbor from here, and this location is near the clubhouse, spa, golf pro shop, and restaurants. I love that this prestigious club offers full service in the aloha style, with a friendly smile and warm greeting. Owner members can enjoy a round of golf, lounge by the beautiful ocean view pool, check out stand up paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, surf boards, fishing gear, or catch a yoga class, just to name a few of the amenities offered by the Club at Kukui’ula.
