Thanksgiving and Black Friday have come and gone and seeing the full parking lots of both the Ward Center Shops and the huge Ala Moana Shopping Center, I realized again, what a totally prime area the Kaka’ako and Ala Moana areas are.

So many must drive distances to enjoy the shopping, the beach park amenities, or superb concerts or fairs at the Blaisdell Arena/Concert Hall, or even the Convention Center activities. These are all centrally located between the city of Honolulu and famous Waikiki along the coast with its commercial or private marinas.
