Talk Story #43 – New ‘Waihonua’ High Rise in Kaka’ako Starts Preparation For Building
The newest condominium ‘Waihonua’ in the Ala Moana/Kaka’ako district is finally showing some action! Heavy barricade fence posts were being pounded in the ground, and beautiful palm trees and other plants were getting installed along the street section recently.
Waihonua starting construction stage
I am sure all of the future owners are eagerly awaiting the actual groundbreaking! There are still very nice one and two-bedroom developer units available, so if you have been considering a condo for the future, I wouldn’t delay in making a choice now.
