Hokulia is a luxury residential community spanning 1,260 uncrowded acres along Hawaii Island’s famed Kona Coast. Homes and lots are beginning to pop up on the market seeking new homeowners, including Hokulia Phase 1, Lot 119. This lot is an exceptional parcel with 2.247 acres, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, at an ideal 430′ elevation, and nestled on a hillside overlooking the 12 fairway on the award-winning Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.
Positioned perfectly within the exclusive community of Hokulia, there are three miles of elevated, west-facing shoreline, and this property is set away from the island’s densely populated resort bubbles. Lot 119 boasts commanding ocean and coastline views.
Being a part of Hokulia’s community offers members the best-in-class amenities including an exquisitely designed clubhouse, Pavilion restaurant, ocean adventures, sports-courts, and aquatic activities.
Although, one of the most coveted amenities is the spectacularly designed Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, which was masterfully planned to maximize the dramatic ocean views at nearly every tee box and green. Sheltered from the strong winds that affect golfers in many other areas of Hawaii, the course enjoys gentle ocean breezes and warm temperatures year-round.
Consider this stunning lot yours, with the seller willing to pay $150,000 at closing to be used towards the Buyers’ membership at The Club at Hokulia.
Welcome home! Build your custom residence on this spectacular estate.

Carrie, what is the price on this homesite, last year’s taxes, the yearly HOA fees, yearly club membership fees. Are there any resort transfer fees for the area? any other fees associated that I should be aware of? Is there a time limit for breaking ground in this development and if so, how many years have gone by on this particular homesite? What is the average to high $/sq.ft. building costs running in this area. I would take it there is a Design Guideline Rules and Regs. Minimum/Maximum Size & Height requirements? I would guess it is mandatory to join the club (though not a golfer) is there another membership level and what does it include.
I will let you know this is merely curiosity at this point. I am searching several areas. Did not think I initially was drawn to building but from what I am seeing and wanting, I may not be opposed. Well versed in the Development process so that will not intimidate me, it’s the time that I need to take into consideration.
Thank you for your assistance but as I said, merely curiosity at this stage so don’t go to a great deal of effort.
Thank you,
Dixi
