Are you in the market for a new home? Seabridge offers affordable 3 and 4 bedroom detached single-family condominium style homes with 2-car garages and a fenced yard. A total of 10 new 3-4 bedrooms homes from $561,800 – $584,800 will be released. Tentative move-in dates will be around June/July 2019. Lottery applications are being accepted now!

Lottery Dates

Applications Due: Thursday, April 11, 2019 by 3 pm.

Lottery Held: Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 11 am.

Lottery Instructions:

Interested in participating in the lottery? Below are the items that are needed.

1.  Lottery application completed.
2. The Owner-Occupant Affidavit notarized.
3. A Pre-Approval letter by a lender of your choice.

All forms must be submitted to Seabridge by Gentry by 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 11, 2019. If you decide to use the in house lender for Gentry Homes, Ltd., they will pay points and closing costs up to 3%. If you cannot turn in your application in time, I can do it for you.

The lottery will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 11 am. Immediately after the lottery, the selected prospective owner-occupants shall be given the opportunity, in the order in which they were selected, to select one of the designated units and submit an earnest money deposit of $1,000. Once a unit is accepted, the purchase contract must be completed within 7 days.
