I LOVE this listing alot but it seems small especially without a veranda or walkout. It would be helpful if the sq ft was listed on each condo along with some of restrictions of condo living.

This listing was a good one. It had three contracts written the first day. I too know that the condo sq. footage should be in the listings on the internet. I had just forgot to put it in this time and will make sure to add more specific details to listings posted to let everyone know what you get. I think letting everyone know that it is long term renting would help also. In every question from people was “Can you do Vacation Rental”? This on you need to rent minimum 6 month at a time.
