Work, you ask? No, we don’t consider practicing Real Estate together work. As a mother-daughter team we get to look at houses all day and help others with one of the most exciting changes in their lives, and then celebrate those changes with our clients! Not only that, but we get to spend our days together. We can’t believe how fortunate we are.

Working as a team has a lot of benefits to our clients, and it is one of the reasons we chose to partner together rather than working independently. We outlined below a few of our favorite benefits that our partnership provides.

Because we are working as one agent, we are able to provide our clients with twice the amount of time, as well as double the attention to their home’s sale and/or Hawaii home search. Buying a new home or selling your current home is a huge change and while very exciting, it can also be a bit stressful. Because there are two of us, we can focus on both the buying and selling process as well as ensuring that the process goes smoothly for you.

With experience coming from two generations, we each have skills sets that would be hard to come by in one person! Together we embody wisdom gained from experience, as well as cutting edge marketing skills and knowledge of the latest and greatest technologies. We each bring unique backgrounds to the table while at the same time hold a passion for real estate. We pride ourselves on being skilled communicators with a consistently quick response time all the while placing integrity above all. We value our family above all else. This is one of the reasons why we love our Hawaii life so much. Family is a very important aspect of the Hawaiian culture, and because our family has been local to Hawaii for more than two centuries, supporting our family resounds strongly with us. Because of our love and loyalty to each other, we know how important these same family values are even in Real Estate. Because we are relationship centered, one of our favorite aspects of real estate is when clients become a part of our Ohana.
