80 Pi’imauna Place in Pukalani (MLS#343221) just came on the market yesterday and my guess is that it won’t last long. This 2 bed/2 bath, bank-owned home is almost 2,000 square feet on a flat ¼ acre lot.

Price: $447,900
Assessed Value: $545,900

80 Pi’imauna Place just listed for $447,900

I really like this subdivision, Kua’aina Ridge, because it has some covenants that protect its integrity, it catches the Northeast trade-wind breezes, and it is in very close proximity to the Haleakala Hwy, making for an easy commute downtown.

This property has yard areas on both the mauka (mountain-facing, towards Haleakala) and makai (ocean-facing, towards Kahului) sides of the home. It is in need of a paint job but other than that, the home is in very good condition.

Purchase this home with as little as 3.5% down today. Contact me and ask me how.

My guess is that this home will sell very quickly considering the tremendous demand for turn-key residences, especially bank-owned homes in the Upcountry Region.

Looks like a nice home at a nice price. Especially since that’s below County assessed value, and 2010 assessment at that.

Hi Jeremy,

We are former Upcountry residents from the 1980’s, now living in Portland. Our favorite spot upcountry is Pukalani (and those beautiful downcountry views from the shopping center at sunset). We came close to buying one of the models in Pua’ Aina Ridge back then (for $325K fully furnished and upgraded). Should have done it brudda!

We would like to move back and we have an upscale home here in a high end neighborhood that we own outright. My wife refuses to sell it unless we have another home to move into. We can’t commit to that until we have our cash out of our present house. Sort of a “chicken-egg thing! We would love to do a permanent exchange for something Upcountry, in the the unlikely event you come across a client who is coming this way. Has to be $500K or below (we don’t want a mortage). And nothing in Olinda. Been there, done that. (In fact our old home up there is now for sale for a million two. Unbelieveable)! Now there’s a challenge for you!
