As illustrated on the above report, 2022 was a stellar year for the Puamana real estate market with 16 transactions surpassing $45M in sales volume.
The average sales price for a garden view property was close to $2M ($1,993,000) while the average sales price for an oceanfront property in Puamana was close to $4.2M ($4,196,500) in 2022. These are general prices, please contact me for a detailed price analysis.
