After several months without any transactional sales activity, Puamana caught ablaze over the holiday and new year period. In fact, 3 units went under contract between 12/21 and 1/9/2017, all of which are 2-bedroom non-oceanfront (35-2. 177-3, 145-1). A welcomed event, in that no sales and only 1 escrow had transpired there since the end of July. Currently, there are 4 in escrow and 7 units remain active on the MLS market.
