Puako – A Widely Sought After Small Town Community in West Hawaii

Many people visiting the Big Island enjoy this beach, and love it for the white sand beach and many shade trees along the beach for an afternoon nap in the shade. It has great snorkeling and surfing and calm enough for paddle boarding.

Puako is a widely sought after destination on the Big Island. It has a really laid back attitude, but a caring and active community, great beach access for plenty of beach time, whales in the winter, amazing sunsets, and a carefree lifestyle.
