This unit is definately a bargain for a view like that. You will NEVER have an obstruction in front of that lanai. The complex is low key, gated, private, near most needed and desired amenities such as market, post office, bank etc. The golf course and clubhouse are right across the street; how convenient is that? And all the other amenities are a 5 minute walk away. The beach is a quick 10 minute drive down the hill where there is more shopping, more golf courses, beaches, etc. Positioned well, Waikoloa is close to the airport and pretty much equal distance to Waimea (Kamuela). Located at around 800-900′ makes this area a bit cooler than down at the resorts so no need for air conditioning. Definately a property to add to your list of properties to view when considering a condo purchase.
