Pineapple Hill Update For October – Market Continues To Show Movement

October has followed right along with September as the market continues to show movement. The month started with 12 active listings and 2 properties pending. As the month came to a close, 1 pending property closed, another active property’s status was changed to pending, 1 property was canceled, and 1 new property was added.

With 7 sales in the neighborhood since the beginning of the year, 2016 has already matched last year’s sales, and with 2 still pending, 2016 is on track to match 2010 and 2005 with 9 sales. All of that and we still have a few months to go.
