The Parkways at Maui Lani Neighborhood – A New Single Family Home Development
The Parkways is the newest of 8 neighborhoods to Maui Lani. Towne Island Homes (developer) is wrapping up the first phase of the project with 36 homes under contract since late 2013. The next phase, which is under construction, begins sales in early 2015. With 8 models to choose from, The Parkways makes it easy to envision yourself owning residential property on Maui.

The High & Low End of the Parkways Real Estate Market
The smallest and most affordable home in The Parkways is the Hapuna model. Containing roughly 1,385 livable square feet, the lowest pending list price in project history was $474,000. The largest home in The Parkways is the Wailea model. This executive layout provides approximately 2,404 livable square feet. Although the Wailea is the largest floor plan, the Koele model (second largest at 2,230 sq.ft.) is the most expensive pending listed home at $693,000. The average list price throughout the life of the project for all homes is $582,222.
The Maui Lani Golf Course
Each model comes with the option of four unique exterior designs. One of my favorite touches that Towne Island Homes has included is the use of 8-foot interior doors. It gives the home an open air feel. Another quality appreciated by many is the inclusion of laundry rooms. Numerous homes on Maui either place the washer and dryer in the garage or carport. Having your appliances indoors adds years of use.
What’s Going on in the Maui Lani Marketplace?
Below is a neighborhood report that our team completed mid last year. If you would like to view a complete copy (easier to read) of this report, please click here: 2014 Maui Lani Area Report. If you would like an updated 2015 report, please reach out to us directly.
Although Maui is a relatively small island, it can be cumbersome to navigate. This is where the central location of Maui Lani shines. Just minutes from beaches, hiking, golfing, shopping, and restaurants, The Parkways caters to your desires.
