Open House Every Thursday For Newly Constructed Waikoloa Village Home
Yesterday was Thursday, July 19th, 2012 and was my first Open House on Haia Street (MLS# 254134) in Waikoloa Village. Not a bad place to work when you can look at this type of view!
You are invited every Thursday to get a first hand-look at this brand new home on Haia Street in Waikoloa Village. Just follow the Hawaii Life open house signs from the main intersection on Paniolo Avenue. Times may vary, so feel free to give me a call to make sure I don’t miss your visit.
Custom Designed Features
Buyers will appreciate the custom doors that slide open, stacking to one side for a full 12 foot entry to the lanai. The large covered lanai off the living room and master bedroom is well protected from the wind and offers great ocean and mountain views. It adds another 400 feet of living area.
High grade finishes such as Milgard dual pane Low-e Windows, Cherry Cabinets, granite counters, and wood floors in a custom design that flows in light cool comfort. The wood floors throughout the house also provide richness and elegance to the home and will give flexibility to the new owners to add area rugs to match their decor.
Multi-Use Garage
Oversize 2-car garage opens to side lanai. Its bay window lets in the natural light for workshop use as well as parking the cars. Smart Garage Door technology offers programming options with super quiet operation; opening and closing like a whisper compared doors of the past!
Waikoloa Village Amenities
Waikoloa Village home owners enjoy all the amenities of this planned community; golf, pool and tennis for only $584 a year (2012 annual dues). They also enjoy the convenience of the Highlands Shopping Center with its grocery store, banks, healthcare, and restaurants all within sight of the coastal resorts with their beautiful beaches and amenities!
I work, live, and play in Waikoloa Village!

I must come up and check out this new construction while you’re there Catherine. Waikoloa offers an excellent alternative to people looking to buy in Kona, but who want to be closer to the Kohala resort area.
