Are you looking for a condo or townhome in Hawaii Kai? There aren’t too many on the market to choose from right now. Prices start at $600,000 for a two bedroom, two bath unit at the Heritage House (MLS #202203244) to $1,390,000 for a penthouse at the Plaza Hawaii Kai (MLS #202129504). Both buildings are high rises and both are popular among Hawaii Kai residents. If you want a view and nice amenities, these two buildings are worth viewing.

For example, the Colony at the Peninsula was built in 2005. There are currently two units on the market. Both are two bedroom, two bath units. The Colony at the Peninsula is a gated community on the marina with great walking paths and beautiful amenities.

If you want to live right on the water, check out 373 Kawaihae Street, #C (MLS #202203051). It’s a three bedroom CPR unit that feels a bit like a single-family home. You’ll enjoy boating, kayaking, and stand up paddling right outside your back door.
Hawaii Kai has a wide variety of condos to choose from, so even though there are only 16 units currently available, you still have choices. Good choices.
