Affordable Units
The following requirements must be met for purchase of affordable units. “Affordable Income Purchaser” means a buyer whose gross household income does not exceed the indicated 120% of the median income (adjusted for family size) for the Honolulu Metropolitan Statistical Area determined by the U.S. Dept of Housing & Urban Development.
Requirements include:
- Must be owner occupant
- Must be a first-time homebuyer and not own any other real estate
- Must have an income that meets the following family size, income limits
