It’s no surprise this one got snapped up quick after only a few weeks on market. The Seller accepted an offer on February 11th. The last oceanfront home that sold in Wailupe went north of $8 million. Although this one is older, it’s on the west facing side where you’re not getting as blasted by the tradewinds.
