Oceanfront Living At Koa Lagoon

Koa Lagoon is an oceanfront condominium complex located along the Waipuilani Beach area of North Kihei. It is a quaint boutique complex of 42 units, consisting of (24) one bedroom units, and (18) two bedroom units. All of which are equipped with Air Conditioning and Washer/Dryers in the unit.

This is a favorite beach spot for water activities of Kite boarding, paddle boarding, surfing, kayak and canoeing.

Nearby is the Ko’ie’ie Fish Pond. It is an ancient Royal Hawaiian shallow fish pond with stacked rocks around the perimeter; making it a safe, shallow swimming area especially for children. This is also a favorite place for turtles to hang out. You can see them swimming, and sunning on the rocks each day.
