4 New One Bedroom Listings at Honua Kai

For those who have been kicking themselves about not getting into a Honua Kai one bedroom unit as the developer inventory is now sold out, don’t kick too hard as there are now 4 brand new resale listings in the Hokulani Tower at the Honua Kai Resort and Spa. One particular owner has decided that they want to make some money on their investments and are now liquidating their inventory.

All of these units are on the backside of the Hokulani tower and are considered mountain view units. The condos are priced between $499,000-$549,000. Although the seller will be looking to make a profit on these sales, I do strongly believe that they are priced to sell and will not last long considering that they are the lowest priced one bedroom units available at Honua Kai and the Maui market is showing very strong signs of a real estate recovery.

This is a video of Hokulani #630 that I shot last June that will help provide you with some guidance on what to expect in terms of view of the 4 one bedrooms just listed. Please keep in mind that this particular floor plan is considerably large at 765 sq.ft. with a 205 sq.ft. lanai – I really just want to demonstrate the view, furnishings, and finishes.

You will will note that the 30 stack is in very close proximity to the: 24, 26, and 28 stacks now offered for sale. What All is For Sale at Honua Kai?

Currently there are 19 resale units on the market-studios, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, and three bedroom units. Here is a gallery of all the Honua Kai resale units.

There are also roughly 130 developer units still for sale at Honua Kai – most of these units are two bedroom and three bedroom units albeit there are still a couple one bedroom and studio units.
