Kamaole Beach Park III is simply the best beach in Kihei. Tons of sand to lay on, walk on, or build sandcastles on. The water is clear and is a great spot to snorkel around, swim in or “walk on water” while on your paddle board. “Kam 3” as the locals call it has lifeguards on duty and tons of sprawling grass as well as a nice playground for the keiki, showers, and bathrooms. During whale season it’s very common to see whale spouts and breaches from shore. I always love seeing our large mammal friends frolicking, such majestic creatures! This beach park also has a nightly “pilgrimage” of people sitting on towels to watch the always spectacular sunset, Maui sure does not disappoint.

Maui Parkshore 303 is a full two bedroom two bath unit that is spacious for full or part-time occupancy. This unit has been a very popular vacation destination for many years and is ready for a new owner to enjoy. Unit features full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Unit 303 is located close to the elevator and has one assigned parking stall.

Large Complex Pool and Shuffleboard

Not a fan of sand? Maui Parkshore just finished a resurfacing of the pool area and it totally shines! Tons of chaise lounges to relax on and a fun shuffleboard court to challenge your friends and family on. Maui Parkshore is a relatively small complex with only 64 units so no overcrowding on the amenities. Located on the south end of Kihei, this lovely complex is within walking distance to great dining and shopping and is also close to the Kihei Boat Harbor, world-famous Keawekapu Beach, and the lovely beachwalk in Wailea.
