Searching for a brand-new home on Oahu? We live on an island, which means land to build on is ultimately limited. Finding a newly built home can be difficult, and hiring a contractor to build a brand new home can be pricey.
Here are a few of my favorite new-construction homes on Oahu.
Waikalua Bayside – Kaneohe, Oahu
Waikalua Bayside offers a few brand-new single family homes (including some homes still being built) with views overlooking Kaneohe Bay, one of Oahu’s favorite oceanfront communities. The new homes are currently for sale, with prices starting at $1,225,000. The 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath homes have been built with lifestyle and comfort in mind. Model home tours now available.

Hooulu at Hoopili – Ewa Beach, Oahu
Hooulu at Hoopili by D.R. Horton, located in Ewa Beach, Oahu. One of the newest single-family communities to hit Oahu offers 3 different floor plans with sales prices starting at $569,000. The Ewa community is growing with new shops and restaurants popping up.

Koa Ridge – Mililani (Central Oahu), Oahu
Koa Ridge is currently being built by Castle and Cooke Hawaii. The new community will be located in Central Oahu. The Koa Ridge community will offer 3,500 brand-new homes, including both single-family and multi-family homes. Groundbreaking for Koa Ridge began in 2017 with the new home designs currently in progress. Koa Ridge will also have affordable housing as an option to those qualified local residence.
Koa Ridge will offer a new type of urban living in the Central area of Oahu.
