Please order a termite inspection, get tenting quotes, order the survey, stage the new listing, create listing documents, find a plumber asap, hire a painter, get the catchment cleaned…on a typical day the list goes on and on! How do we do it all?
Carol
Meet Carol Silva. A licensed agent, Carol is our glue. She works full-time to ensure our transactions flow according to the contract. With over 30 years assisting top agents in our market, we feel very blessed to have her with us. When a showing appointment needs to be made, Carol is on it! When repairs or documents are needed, it’s Carol to the rescue! Carol is pleasant, efficient, and super responsive. I don’t know what we’d do without her!
April
Her right hand is April Taylor. A mainland transplant, April began learning the language of real estate about six months ago. Her only exposure to real estate was purchasing her home here but she grabbed the bull by the horns and has quickly cross-trained and assisted each of us (and Carol) as needed.
Shari
Shari Todd is our in-house photographer. Pretty as a picture, Shari is a Hilo native and six feet tall…which has nothing to do with her job except that I’m convinced her height helps give her years of mainland real estate photography a unique perspective. She knows exactly how I want my listings photographed. From time to time, she assists Suzy Sternlicht, our head stager.
Suzy
Suzy has a keen eye when it comes to making a home shine. Suzy is a super-star! A Berkeley grad, her background is really video production and editing. She even helped make Harry Potter look special working on features and documentaries related to the series. Visit our website and see her fabulous handiwork. Not a day goes by that I don’t get comments about how fabulous our listings look. Thank you, Suzy!
One P.S. about Suzy and Shari. They sometimes have too much fun. I’m never surprised to see pics of them enjoying a water feature! It’s all in a day’s work, for sure!
Ash
And then there’s Ash Tsuji. Longtime residents and UH sports fans will recognize the last name. Ash is our marketing guru! He makes us all look good! Having worked on O`ahu for two large developers, Ash brings a deep understanding of what it takes to sell property. With over 95% of buyers beginning their search online, Ash understands buyer behavior and technology, a unique skill set in our local market. Ash can be found teaching Zumba at several local venues and his ever-popular “Ash Kicking” series is always set to record on my DVR. When he’s not exercising, he tends to visit our local eateries often with Nui. If we need a restaurant recommendation, he’s our go-to guy.
Zach
Zachary Heltz has worked for us for years doing Matterport videos and our 3D tours. A local Kamehameha grad, Zach studied mechanical engineering and computer science at UH-Hilo. Given his skill set, I’m convinced he helps us because he just loves what he does. He sure makes it look easy. Don’t know what a Matterport is? It’s hard to explain and harder to understand the technology but check out this sample. It’s crazy cool!
So, there you have it! A proud team working seamlessly to take Big Island Real Estate to the highest level!
