Aloha friends! This weekend on Maui has some fun in store. Saturday’s race is hosted by Laeʻula O Kai and takes off from Kahului Harbor. Hana Limu Festival takes place at Hana Bay Beach Park this Saturday. Saturday night, ProArts Maui delivers Free Range Comedy. And on Sunday night, head to Mulligan’s for dinner, drinks and dancing. Island Soul Band is playing.
Mayor’s ʻUmeke Regatta
Saturday’s Race is hosted by Laeʻula O Kai and takes off from Kahului Harbor. This will be an all-day event with races, food and community. Check out Hawaiian Canoe Club for Race Schedule and more.
Hana Limu Festival
The 13th Hana Limu Festival takes place this Saturday at Hana Bay Beach Park. Celebrate Hawaiian seaweed with a day of music, hula, games, arts and crafts, a silent auction and more. Festivities take place from 10 am – 4 pm.

Free Range Comedy
ProArts Playhouse brings the improv weekend. Saturday night features Free Range Comedy. This is an improv troupe specializing in short form improv a la “Whose Line is it Anyway?” Show starts at 7:30 and seating at 7:00 pm.
Island Soul Band at Mulligan’s
Island Soul Band is playing at Mulligan’s on Sunday. Show time is 5 pm – 8 pm. They play soul, funk and rock dance songs and the dance floor is open. There is a $5 cover. Reservations are recommended.
