Maui Meadows Home Availability Offers Good Selection For Maui Home Buyers

There’s quite a good selection of homes for sale in Maui Meadows as of today, but first, let me tell you what’s in escrow. If you’ve been following my blogs, you know that I’m a big believer in analyzing pending (in escrow) sales. That’s a barometer of where the market is going, what price ranges are more active than others, and how long those active listings took to go to contract.

Currently, there are 9 Maui Meadows properties in escrow ranging from a 1 bedroom/1 bath, 500 square foot cottage listed at $500,000 to a 5 bedroom/4.5 baths, 5,287 square foot home listed at $1,650,000. The takeaway for me is that there is activity in most price ranges except the super high end, which brings me to what is currently available.
