Three homes, three condos—they’re my top six picks in our weekly look at new Kihei foreclosures and potential short sales to hit the market in the last seven days.
This week’s video spotlights newly listed foreclosures in two top-rated South Kihei vacation properties—the Maui Banyan (MLS# 349506) and Maui Kamaole (MLS# 349514). We also focus on a third condo property, an entry-level 2-bedroom located close to Maui’s growing UH campus (MLS# 349485) listed at $115,000. It’s not a foreclosure, but its pricing and location exemplify a property that may be as strong a deal as anything the bank has to sell you.
Three homes stood out in this week’s foreclosure listings:
- A 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with 2,236 square feet of living space and a garage at $299,900 (MLS# 349543).
- An attractively priced 4-bedroom with central AC in the Meadowlands area (Central Kihei, near the beach) (MLS# 349541) a short sale at $339,900.
- A spacious 2,129 square foot 4-bedroom at Kamalii Alayna, one of Kihei’s newest subdivisions, listed at $489,600 (MLS# 349502).
