Who doesn’t want to live 5 minutes away from a white sandy beach in Hawaii?
More specifically, a gorgeous and protected little enclave known as Pohaku Beach Park, or S-Turns as Maui locals refer to it, where the smiles of joyous people sparkle almost as brightly as the turquoise Pacific. Look no further than my latest Maui screaming deal.
This Maui home for sale (MLS# 345827) located in Kahana, Maui is one of the nicest and best buys that I have seen of all the foreclosed homes on Maui this year. I am amazed that this Lahaina home is still for sale.
This beautiful white sand beach is literally a 5 minute walk from 57 Aekai Place, and other homes in Kapalani Estates.
As you can see, Kapalani Estates is a gated community directly off of Lower Honoapiilani Hwy right before entering Kahana. It’s time to load up your beach gear, like I did here, and start living the Kahana Life, the Maui Life, the Hawaii Life!

I saw Your little vidio on this house in Kaplawi Estates but it was 2010? Do You have something more recent there or something like that? Also West Maui only and between Honokawai and Napili. Also do You have a website with listings?
