Hello, my husband and I are considering moving to Hawaii, but it won’t be for a good year or so. We want a single level house with a pool(that is a must). We really don’t want to pay over $800K. We are open to Maui and Oahu. My perfect place would be a shabby little chic 2 BD + office home in Hawaii Kai or Lahaina- move in ready.
