Aloha Catherine, thanks for mentioning Halii Kai. Our listing 5B now has an accepted offer..in fact Pam and I currently have 7 pending deals there, either our listings or our buyer clients! I do like the developer model homes as a best buy today. And of course you are the expert when it comes to Colony Villas…

Great job Catherine of describing how the Waikoloa Beach resort compares to the Manua Lani and Mauna Kea resorts. They are all beautiful and tropical but offer different atmosphere and price ranges. Thanks for the series.

Catherine; Nice article and update. I have been showing property through out the Waikoloa Beach Resort all week and am feeling the price range adjustment! Each time my clients put in a cash offer within 5% they got a counter offer!! Sheesh.. supply & demand! Success finally prevailed and they will soon close on a nice three bedroom Colony Villas.
