Hawaii’s Ultimate Cooking Challenge Showcases Local Culinary Talent To Support Local Charities

You won’t want to miss this exciting culinary event that will benefit local non-profit organizations. Hawaii’s top chefs will compete on behalf of their charity of choice at The Modern Honolulu on October 8, 2017. Their challenge? To create unique dishes infused with Hānaiali‘i Merlot.

As a guest of To Live & Dine 2017 you’ll get to taste each chef’s masterful creations, along with Hanaiali‘i’s award-winning Napa Valley wines. With a panel of local celebrity judges, you’ll get to choose your favorite dish – and determine the best of the best! The chosen chefs will donate their prize winnings to their favorite Hawaii charity. Best of all, there will be a special performance by Hawai‘i music legend Amy Hānaiali‘i Gilliom!
