You can see from the attached listing what I saw on my visit yesterday, an obvious seamless integration of landscape, architecture, interior design and natural green components. The choices made when building this home were exceptional. My client viewing yesterday dabbles at being a chef at times so commented that the kitchen layout and quality was superb. Integrating kitchen with great room and dining indoors or out in this incredible climate makes entertaining a joy! Mesquite flooring in the master was georgous!
Also it was obvious the 4 bedroom 4 and ½ bath home is situated with each bedroom extremely private from the other. Each bedroom also with its own outdoor shower.. …that’s where I could suggest some improvement. The walkways in these 4 outdoor garden showers need a switch up from the stepping stones now there. That is a simple upgrade though and would be a fun process and a minor detail.
Comments were made on the close proximity of the home next door to the south, which is under construction and I felt that when the young landscaping matures privacy will not be an issue.
